"How much is shipping to Europe, Mexico, Australia, South America, and Canada?"
If you would let us know what you would like to order, as well as your full mailing address, we will contact you with the total shipping cost.
We do not accept credit cards from a non-US issuing
bank. You can pay through Paypal using our shopping cart on our
website. Or you may mail an international money order payable
in US funds to this address:

Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery time
for all non-USA orders. For international orders, goods purchased from this site are subject to customs, duties, and/or tariffs, which may be levied by your respective country. Such fees are the responsibility of the buyer, not Alex Grey or CoSM (Chapel of Sacred Mirrors).
"Does Alex REALLY sign things?"
Yes he does! One item at a time!

"I want to use one of Alex's images on my business card, website, flyer, book cover, etc."

"Do you have any other posters available which are not on your website?"
What
you see on our website is what we have available at this time. You
cannot special order posters or poster sizes. Check back periodically
for new poster availability.
"Are there other sizes of apparel available?"
What you see on our website is what we have available. We do try to
offer as wide a variety as possible but if you do not see it on our
website we do not carry it at this time. All tank tops and skirts are
one size. Check back periodically for new size availability.
"How long do orders take to reach me and how can I track my order?"
We ask 2-4 weeks delivery time for all domestic orders. As of mid-February 2007, all orders are being sent via Federal Express. Deliveries to PO Boxes or APO addresses are not permitted. Please double check your email address as we will send you a tracking number for your order.
"I can’t get my credit card to go through the system keeps telling me
"(27) The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided
does not match billing address of cardholder."
You're
having trouble with your credit card for one of two reasons ; 1) the
address you provided in the billing address section does not match the
one where the cards bills are sent or 2) you are using a card from a
non US card issuing bank. If this is the case you can make a payment
using paypal.
"The system says my transaction was declined but my card was charged anyway."
When
a transaction is declined, or never completed the credit card is
authorized, and the funds are held but never captured. So it may appear
for a short time that the funds have been taken from your account, but
since the transaction was declined, or never completed, they will be
released back to your account. You can double check with the bank to
verify this.
"Does Alex mind if people use his artwork for a tattoo?"
Alex
allows his works to be used as tattoos, and asks only that you send us
a picture of the work, along with the artist and collector information
so that we may post it on the website. You can check it out now for
some examples already in place. Please contact the webmaster through this link to get things going.

merchandise is available at CoSM's gift shop. CoSM is open Tuesday - Saturday from
11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
